So I have known Thien since Jr High, It was such a pleasure photographing her and her hubby Alvan. We shot on Staten Island (New york city) in a beautiful park called Snug Harbor which offers a small castle, maze, tons of different blossoms and MUCH more. Even though Staten Island is the "borough of parks" I think this one is my favorite!
I was so excited to find out Thien is pregnant and I definitely wanted to incorporate that into the session. Even though it was not meant to be a maternity session I still focused on the belly just a little bit (how could I not!) .
I cannot wait to shoot with Thien again for her real Maternity session :)
